Browsing this website
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Images, fonts, and locally hosted festival videos are served as part of the site. Videos play when you choose to start them. A hosting provider may process routine connection information, such as IP addresses and page requests, to deliver the website.
YouTube videos
Some festival videos are hosted on YouTube. Their players load only when you choose Play; until then, the preview image is served by this website. Starting a YouTube video connects your browser to YouTube, which processes information under Google’s privacy policy. You can also follow the link beneath a video to watch it directly on YouTube.
Using the contact form
When direct sending is available, choosing ?Send message? submits your name, email address, organization if supplied, topic, and message to Web3Forms for delivery to Second Haven. We use that information to respond to your inquiry.
Web3Forms processes form submissions and related technical information under its own privacy policy, including its practices for security, spam prevention, and retention. This website does not keep a separate database of form submissions.
Preparing an email yourself
The email-draft option prepares a message in your browser. Choosing that option does not send the message to Second Haven or store it in browser storage. You can review the draft, copy it, or choose to open it in your email app.
The draft is sent only when you send it through your email service. The handling of your draft and sent email by that service is subject to its own privacy practices.
Information you send us
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss the relevant opportunity or request. Please do not include payment details or sensitive health information in a general inquiry.

Links to other services
Some links take you to the Second Haven player website, research publishers, or other services. Those services have their own privacy practices. Participation in Minecraft and Discord is separate from browsing this nonprofit website.
Community privacy
The privacy of participants matters beyond this website. Please see our community care page and the player website’s community norms and rules for expectations around boundaries and sharing others’ conversations.
